• Per item charges that may apply:
  • Over 150 items = $.25 per item
  • Items = each ACH, check, deposited item, deposit slip, electronic debit or credit, etc.
• Image statement provided as of the last business day of the month

First Business Plus Checking Accounts

• Types of organizations that qualify: sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, estates, clubs, and associations.
• Minimum to open: $100 (no minimum balance required)
• $ 5.00 monthly maintenance fee
• First 300 items free
• Per item charge that may apply:
  • Over 300 items = $.25 per item
  • Items = each ACH, check, deposited item, deposit slip, electronic debit or credit, etc
• Image statement provided as of the last business day of the month

First Commercial Business Checking Accounts

• Types of organization that qualify: sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, and larger clubs/associations
• Minimum to open: $100 (no minimum balance required)
• Monthly maintenance fee of $10
• Per item charges that can apply:
  • $.10 per item charge
  • Items = each ACH, check, deposited item, deposit slip, electronic debit or credit, etc.
• An earnings allowance may be credited against service charges based on the average balance of the account (see rate sheet or Customer Service Representative for current rate)
• Image statement provided as of the last business day of the month.
